Plankinton Clover is a redevelopment of the Plankinton Arcade at the Grand Avenue Mall in downtown Milwaukee. Plankinton Clover features 50 apartment units ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms. The apartments tie to their historic location, the Plankinton Arcarde, by introducing historic storefronts and floor to ceiling windows overlooking W. Wisconsin Ave, N. Plankinton Ave., and N. 2nd St. Most of the apartments have entrances from common corridors that connect to the second floor atrium, essentially turning the atrium into a public street in the middle of a neighborhood. Plankinton Clover amenities include a dog grooming area, fitness center, bicycle storage, and a business center.
