Leasing Intern

Murray Monson is a Finance student at Winona State University with a growing foundation in commercial real estate. Before joining Hempel, Murray gained hands-on CRE experience through an internship at Gaughan Companies, building early exposure to the industry that he now brings to the Hempel leasing team.

Murray is fluent in Spanish, has studied Mandarin Chinese, and is currently learning Japanese — a reflection of his broader curiosity about international markets and cross-cultural communication that adds a unique dimension to his work in real estate.
