Kristen Anderson
Vice President of Design and Construction
Kristen Anderson joined Hempel in 2019. Kristen oversees Hempel’s construction and design activities as they pertain to development, capital, and tenant improvement projects within our Minnesota portfolio. Prior to joining Hempel, Kristen was a Project Manager and Historic Preservation Specialist for a Minnesota architecture, engineering, and interiors firm, working on historic properties throughout Minnesota and greater Midwest.
She has a Master’s from Pratt Institute in Historic Preservation with a Minor in Facilities Management and a Bachelor’s from the University of Minnesota in Business and Marketing Education, Mass Communication, with Minor in Design. Kristen is a Board Member of Rethos, Places Reimagined (formerly the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota) and is a member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and serves on the Programs Committee. She also serves as Volunteer Chair for the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center’s yearly fundraiser gala.
