Greg Alexander brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in media and sales to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Hempel Real Estate. Prior to joining Hempel, he served as Market President and Regional Senior Vice President of Sales at iHeartMedia, where he oversaw operations across the Western Great Lakes Region, including Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Madison, Eau Claire, and Rochester. His tenure at iHeartMedia was marked by strategic growth initiatives, successful sales transformations, and the expansion of digital and live event platforms.
Alexander's career began at Interep National Radio Sales, followed by leadership roles at Spanish Broadcasting System and Clear Channel Communications. A graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Marketing, he is also an active community leader, serving on several nonprofit boards in Minnesota.
At Hempel Real Estate, Alexander applies his strategic insight and operational expertise to drive innovation and growth in the company's commercial real estate ventures across the Midwest.
