Accounting Manager

Elijah brings more than a decade of experience in accounting leadership, financial reporting, and operational management to his role as Accounting Manager at Hempel.

Elijah oversees the financial operations and accounting functions of Hempel’s commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all reporting and processes. He also leads budgeting and forecasting efforts in collaboration with property and asset management teams, championing process improvement and innovative financial solutions to support the company’s continued growth.

Before joining Hempel, Elijah held accounting leadership roles at Kurita America and Duke Cannon Supply Co., where he managed multi-entity financials, audits, and internal controls. He began his career at C.H. Robinson, where he built a strong foundation in corporate accounting and cross-functional coordination.

Elijah earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
