Marketing & Leasing Intern

Ava joined Hempel in 2024 as Marketing & Leasing Intern. She recently graduated from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a focus on strategic communication and brand development. She currently serves as a Marketing & Leasing Intern at Hempel Real Estate, where she supports property marketing efforts through social media content, advertising materials, and client outreach.

While at Creighton, Ava was involved in several campus organizations including Gamma Phi Beta, Alpha Kappa Psi, and the American Marketing Association, where she held the role of Vice President of Membership. She also contributed to the student-run J. Blue Agency as an Account Manager, collaborating with peers to develop and deliver marketing solutions for local clients.

With growing experience in content creation, client services, and team collaboration, Ava is eager to continue building her marketing skills through hands-on roles that challenge her creativity and strategic thinking.
