Xue Yang is the General Manager at LaSalle Plaza.  He’s managed LaSalle Plaza since October 2021.  LaSalle Plaza is a 653,000 square foot Class A property in downtown Minneapolis.  Xue's responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, management of capital & tenant improvement construction projects, contract negotiation, budget preparation, financial reporting, and above all, tenant relations. Xue also leads a 6-person property management team of 4 building engineers, an assistant property manager and a tenant services coordinator.

Prior to joining Hempel, Xue worked for Zeller, CBRE, Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. He has a decade of commercial property management experience that includes office, medical office, retail and industrial working with a diverse portfolio of investors and ownership groups as well as a variety of property types.

Xue earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the Minnesota School of Business. He is also a member of BOMA Greater Minneapolis.
