As Senior Vice President, Rick is responsible for directing development and investment activities on all commercial, multi-family, and senior living properties. Ricks 20+ year career in real estate development is supported by his depth of knowledge in commercial construction and design which and has delivered a consistently positive result for his clients. Rick has led commercial, multifamily, and senior living development totaling more than $1.5 billion in value. His work across nearly all asset classes, from the most complex mixed-use developments including office, retail, hospitality and residential uses, to free-standing single tenant retail have received recognition from industry associations including NAIOP, MSCA, MSP Business Journal, and Finance & Commerce.
Rick was born and raised in the Twin Cities and is a graduate of North Dakota State University with degrees in construction management and business administration. He has actively participated in MSCA, ICSC, NAIOP, NIC, ASHA, and the association of Twin Cities Health Care Engineers. Rick attributes much of his success in real estate to his commitment to common sense, dependability, and laughter.
