Situation:

Assisted the client in negotiating a Landlord buyout of their existing lease and upon a successful buyout of their lease, the client was looking to upgrade the quality of the building and their space. The goal was to relocate to a trophy Class A building in Downtown Minneapolis and find space that fit within an economical budget.
